Refund policy

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Customised or personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return: Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
