Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India): We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days.

Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues or public holidays. We appreciate your patience.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
